DESCRIPTION: Matrix's BPC Program expands further into the psychological theories in chapter 9 with the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) curated by Dr. Richard Bandler and John Grinder. This psychological model looks into people’s connection to the different neurological processes in the brain. The implementation of NLP techniques has proven benefits in helping coaches bring powerful changes in the lives of their clients. Not only does the chapter clarify the direct relationship between NLP and coaching but also explores the different elements associated with NLP, including Creative Visualization, Perceptual Positions, etc. Learners will also assess two of ICF’s Core Competencies - evoking awareness (CC6) and active listening (CC7),  in the chapter to better incorporate them into building their coaching mindset and presence.
