Fire alarms – In working order?
Extinguishers- Recently inspected and approved?
Lighting – Adequate? Is emergency lighting functional?
Electric supply – Safe?
Balconies, banisters – In good condition?
Lifts - Clearly marked? Emergency procedures on the wall inside the lift?
Stairs, walkways, paths – In good condition? Not steep or slippery?
