DESCRIPTION: 




Room Keys - Remind the group to return hotel room keys (do this on departure before leaving the reception area), or all camping equipment borrowed. Any borrowed/rented adaptors returns.
Laundry - Make sure clients have all washing collected and paid for before departure.
Return of Dox - Make sure you have returned all passports/visas, tickets, and made any photocopies needed
Checking Rooms/Mattress - Please be advised that accidents like clients urinating on their mattress do happen. Most hotels and various accommodations will inspect and charge you for a new mattress (no such thing as cleaning it). If this happens do not embarrass your client. Find out who occupied that room and inspect it yourself! If you have found evidence, you must very discreetly advise the client that there was an 'accident' in their room and tell them that they will need to pay the expense of a new mattress.
