General Guidance For Presenting Information


First, check the sound equipment, if there is any. Whether you are speaking on a bus or in a room, make sure people at the back can hear and that there's no feedback or echo through the speakers. Check the microphone. Make sure you can be seen from all angles.
Make sure whilst giving a talk whilst on a coach to have the microphone sitting on your chin to avoid you breaking your teeth if you hit a speed bump or whole. You will also sound clearer.
We personally recommend the Hands-free option.
Don't talk for longer than 10 minutes - with the exception of the introductory briefing when it is important to give a lot of information at the beginning of the tour
Never give a talk when the group is tired. The tour bus or truck is usually a good place or seat in a suitable room with no background noise or other distractions
