DESCRIPTION:

Jobs to do after you meet your group at the introductory briefing

Arrange a group meal for those who want it on the first evening. Explain they don't have to stay together to eat, but if they say they are coming with you they should let you know beforehand if they change their mind, so you can inform the restaurant.
Inform the restaurant of any food allergies.
Advise clients about food options. The Bain-Marie are usually stocked with hot food with a variety of options. ie seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetarian.
Never make customers feel they are expected to eat as a group - some prefer to find their own restaurants and this is to be encouraged as part of the fun of exploring a new place.
Some Tour Operators you might work for will advise you not to eat with your clients. This is due to the fact that you, yourself need a 'break' during mealtime.
Fill in all tour documentation so you can return passports and insurance documents tomorrow morning.
Write neatly so staff at Head...
