DESCRIPTION:

Scenario P
You arrive at the campsite with your group and as your routine is already well established, the group immediately begin to unload the vehicle, pitch their tents, and start preparing the evening meal.
Unfortunately, one of the cooking team has been drinking on the tour truck all afternoon and has not been paying attention to cleaning the vegetables - in this case fresh spinach - carefully.
The meal is a disaster - the team chose goat curry which was not a popular choice, but the gritty spinach is the final straw. Everyone is hungry and there is no other food available, as the team hasn't thought of providing any alternative to their menu.
Before long a full-blown argument is going on. The group blame the drinker for the disaster, but she says as it was a team effort she was not the only one responsible.
How do you handle this situation?
On overland 'truck' tours, the tour leader has to delegate a lot of the work to group members - that is part of the 'over-landing'...
