If anyone in your group is taken to hospital or a local clinic you will need to tell the insurance company:

The client's full name
The client's insurance policy number
The kind of illness or injury and the cause
The victim's present medical condition
The name and address where the client is
The client's ward name or room number
The name of the attending surgeon or supervising doctor
The hospital/clinic or doctor's contact details and language spoken
The client's relatives', emergency contact person or next of kin's contact details
Advise clients that in the event of an accident where liability could be an issue (e.g. road traffic accident) they should get a police report. Go with them to the local police station to assist/ interpret as needed.

A theft should always be reported to the police otherwise the client's insurance company may not consider a claim. Some may insist on original receipts for stolen items and...
