4. On tour in China, you have 3 hours Free Time and decide, with the group's unanimous agreement, to investigate an ancient temple 10 kms along a country road. The coach is old and rusty, but has been reliable so far.
After an hour you discover the road is blocked by a landslide, and have to turn back. However, heavy rain has fallen since you set out and the coach gets stuck in mud.
The driver has no mobile phone, and you haven't seen another vehicle on the road since you set out. However, you remember seeing several shovels stacked up on the roadside about 1,000 metres back. It is clear that the driver doesn't know what to do - he's tried revving the engine hard but the wheels simply sink in deeper.
