Step 1 is the key to a successful workshop, talk, or training session. Every piece of information you discover in your research and every decision you make as part of your design will guide you through the creation of the other steps of the road map. It will help you avoid tangents and non-essentials as well as minimize the chances of encountering difficult situations that may get in the way of a successful session.
In this first video, you'll be introduced to the Engaging Talks and Workshops Road Map. It's the template you'll be using to design and lead your training session, workshop, or talk.Â
If you design online programs, the road map can be applied to those as well -- and that is because the underlying concepts and learning needs of your audience are the same no matter how and where they’re learning.
