As a teacher, you need to not only understand the details of NEP but also be able to implement NEP in the classroom. Some of the specifics that NEP mandates are student-centric learning where the focus is more on conceptual clarity among students rather than time-bound examinations. Teachers need to think out of the box, be able to integrate content across subject areas, bring up discussions on the practical implementation, and facilitate collaborative learning while handling diverse classrooms. Once you have progressed through the course, you will be ready to craft your lesson plan, identify instructional designs and plan for assessments for the concept that you are teaching.
