DESCRIPTION: In introducing the sounds to learners, the following points must be borne in mind by the teacher:

The sounds have to be introduced bit by bit (i.e. one at a time expected to run for a whole week). As a matter of fact, there are lots of activities meant to engage the learners and make them very familiar with the sound being treated.
The introduction has to be done in a fun-filled manner in order to arouse and capture learners' interests. Hence the need to introduce each sound with a short storyline, knowing fully well how kids love stories.
