Okay, hi, we're going to talk some basic fighting techniques with this penfield. So, in essence, some of the basic targets you want to talk about, when you do an iron palm, it's with the open hand, essentially, or it's with this part of the hand here, the, the palm, but it's not the whole palm. It's this part of the palm of the size of a dime. Okay, the other way you do it is here to kind of target again, we'll palm here would be the center of the palm. So that's like an open hand technique. Coming through like that.

Start like this. slight twist of the body. See my hand starts back here, hits, that would be like the open hand and the other one would be hitting here to really focusing down in there. Sometimes you do the blade edge, you No, that's not in like the palm per se, it's still iron palm, you're bringing the energy into the hands and whatnot, use the blade edge, it's actually a willow leaf that you'd be using. So those are gonna be the basic techniques we use today. Sometimes to use the back of the hand, just right across here, back in the hand.

So targets for that would be back in the hand, you just come across the temple here. Also back of the hand, if somebody punches you can kind of iron palm, but it's the back of the hand, drop it right on their hand here. grab and pull. Basic targets. For iron palm tend to be hitting an iron palm to the heart, iron palm to the solar plexus, iron palm to the temple. Also bridge of the nose right here.

And you can come pelvic bone. You know, smack and I can't quite take your with back up, coming in. And then come up here. Hi. Okay, so some of the basic ways to block so, if Miss penfield throws a punch here, you can just do a sweeping block and come right through face, body, pelvic bone, neck. Or like if you do anything here like maybe, same punch again, coming, I catch it and the outside, coming through here with an iron palm to the potty.

Bang, bang, bang, bang. Also, she's punching to the backhand. Same thing. I'll just parry, parry outward, and then come right behind. An open hand strike to the heart, temple, solar plexus temple. If you go for like a double grab, come here, and then come right in with a double hire mom strike.

Bang. Once again, anybody comes up, tries to grab, right? She actually made the grab at that point. That's a different. I'm just gonna start smacking her. But for the grab, take it off the iron palm, open palm to the temple temple, right into the heart.

There we go to the heart. that's meant to actually stop the heart, iron palm training very serious. You don't play around with this. This is meant to, you know, put people out permanently. Another thing you can do is any kind of punch that you throw here, smack across the back of the temple. Just like that.

Bam, smack and then follow up with open hands strikes. My back is turned and somebody comes, I can move to the side. What I'm doing is a downward palm to the pelvic bone bank, and I turn right into my opponent, bank to the heart, temple. Hear bridge of the nose, back to the neck, knee and I can do takedowns flips, whatever. The iron palm basics are all open hand techniques very quick, very fast, very, you know, quick strikes, but they're heavy handed so when they hit back, they hit like bunder they're not just like little, you know, it might look like a quick little slap here, the pink brick a brick with that quick little slap. You're smacking them pretty hard across the temple with, you know, a lot of force.

Something else about iron palm is it can be used. If somebody's punching. Maybe I'll iron palm the hand, you know, back of the hand, I'll smack it with a palm strike, boom. You know, boom, boom, maybe she throws a kick of some sort brings her foot up, bang, iron, palm that leg, you know, anywhere I can. You know, maybe I'll hit it with a will leave me I'll hit it with a bear Paul. Right in there, they'll hit with a closed fist and close fist.

Even though we do iron palm flies right into the, you know, close hand techniques to gives you an iron fist. proper training and iron palm actually will give you you know, Iron Fist and will actually give you iron foot too, but that's a little bit more advanced. I'll talk about that later on. So, basically, iron palm in reverse, if you like, lay a hand on my shoulder, something comes across open hand techniques, bang, bang, bang. It's just rapid fire. So anything here, coming across, and then it's like rapid fire, boom, boom, boom.

Temple temple, to the body, or just anything here can cross wrap their arms. Any grasp behind Go ahead, here. It pelvic bone, body temple. Simple again. If I'm to the side, and somebody comes, I could block outward, sorry, block outward, but then I can start a palm strike here. That's just an initial hit.

And then I'm turning, boom, boom, boom, boom. Okay, so it's like anything from the side, you know, hear them throwing a strike or anything beside here, I can block with this hand, I can strike under with this hand, bang. Then I turn, bang, bang, bang, bang. Another way to go to is if somebody's punching, sometimes I'll block with my elbow. So if they're punching here, I'll block with an elbow. And then come right back with an iron palm strike, iron, palm, palm.

You know, anything comes like here. block here, blocking with an elbow, strike, palm strike, home strike, you know, come right out. And that could be to the side too, if you're sideways, I can roll it. And that rolling could be I could either strike with the lead hand or I could roll it here and then come right behind with my strike starting up here 123 your target areas are always the normal target areas that you'll know which is centerline, you know, temple, bridge of the nose, heart, solar plexus, pelvic bone, back of the, you know, back of the spine here, back in the spinal tend to get to with a blade edge of the hand. So if my opponents here were fighting, I might come in Do a pelvic bone strike, strike, strike to the strike to the ribs, strike to the temple. You know, just for like basic fighting sparring techniques right here, I might come in.

And if they if they block that, I'll come under the different target areas. Some of the basic blocks again and iron palm, like anything that they do and catch with the outside block like that here, or if they're going low, sweep it out, downward sweep like that. Or golden scissors, golden scissors or, or like your axe, that's a golden scissor technique. Just like that. So anything that come here, and then gives me the option of two palms, or coming in here. pom pom pom pom Okay, other ways to go, if you've got no here, sweep it outward, and I'm striking right afterwards.

Go ahead, I might go this way. Again, under, or even just like right here, follow up, boom, boom, boom, hitting the different target areas. Iron palm works and reverse works to the side. It works sitting down, standing up, whatever. It's quick, it's fast, it's quite deadly. You know, I'm just from behind and somebody comes up behind me, I might just turn I might just turn very quickly like this.

And just strike, bang. And that's the beginning of my strikes. And then after that, I'm going to step in, kidney shot, back to the temple, back to the neck, whatever, you know, or I might even just slip over to the side a little bit, pelvic bone, and then I come up and I start my attacks. Boom, boom, boom, you know that's coming off. Just Just like this I you know, I don't care if they're taking a punch at me or whatever but just anything here and then you're fighting very quick. A full fledge iron palm meaning you lining up a kill shot is kind of kind of like this.

And it's a little twist to your body. And it's like you hit and just send that power right into your target, whatever, whatever it hits. So here, a little turn, and I'm hitting full power, you know, and it could be to the body it's meant to, to go in and hit with a lot of devastation. You're hitting the temple, sometimes I just hit with a bear call coming through here. It's meant to knock them out or it's actually meant to take them out permanently. Look, use iron, palm and life and death situations.

You don't use it playing around with your family and friends. That's not where it's used. Sports use for life and death only, you know, it's deadly stuff. You know, coming across hitting the brain, you know, that's meant to crack the skull open. If you can crack a coconut open hitting the skull, what do you think you're gonna do, you know, they're not coming back from that. It's good for the pelvic bone gets into bend forward, and then hit here, hit, hit, anything like that.

All of your blocks, you know, you've got the inward lay block, you know, which is what the forearm and inward lay looks like this. So anything like this is like that. And then I can just throw off that if the cross second punch. Catch it here. I can catch it with the lead the same hand here and then even if you throw a third punch here, fire right off of it. Open hand strikes quick and deadly.

You know, hold on the side. Same type of thing people punch here. or just anything here okay? grabs, even if they've already grabbed you, you know, maybe they grabbed me or something, you know, I'll double iron palm across the eardrums you know to disrupt them, bang and then give them a knee and then snap their neck or before the grab coming up here and then why
