Chemical - viruses, bacteria, hormones, food, hang-overs environmental toxicity, blood sugar
Emotional - traffic jams, internet connections, single parenting, house moves, death, divorce, and depression.

Some of these are obvious to us and others not so obvious - whether perceived or unperceived, the body still produces the stress hormones to try and restore balance.
