DESCRIPTION: Have you ever experienced feeling anxious just by recalling a stressful situation?

As humans, we are adept at producing the disruptive hormones that are designed to keep us safe, going into flight, fright or freeze mode. However, we are not designed to live in emergency mode for extended periods.

Compared to men, women are not so adept at managing to let go of these stress-busting chemicals and this leads to imbalances and a dis-regulation of the genes that cause disease.

So even your thoughts can make you sick!
