Okay, we have another method that we can utilize to help to raise our mental state, right. So a lot of times with, with mindfulness, people focus on getting the Zen getting the chill getting the cool, and that's all well and fine, but remember, life is about balance. And sometimes you have to get yourself fired up. And here's one way that we can do it in just 90 seconds, because this is just a really quick reset. So this is a principle is very similar to what's very popular now. In exercise, which is something they call hit h, i t, meet Hi, intensity interval training.

So instead of doing something for a long time, like you know, on the treadmill for 30 minutes, you do something for a very short duration of time, like 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, but you do it full out until you do something full out. Your body starts to really rev up and you start to see An increase in the release of endorphins and endorphins or feel good chemicals. So instead of doing circuits, which you certainly could do, we're just going to do a simple kind of action. Now what that action is, there is no action that I can say this is the best one. You just need to do something and it needs to be physical you need to move because as I mentioned before, in the mindfulness secrets accelerator course, there's a relationship between our physiology and our psychology. And our brains are designed to learn through movement, we solve problems through movement.

So movement is really crucial to our mental and physical health. So here's what you can do. take some action that you want to do, and just do it for up to 90 seconds. Get, you can set the timer on your watch, you have a situation where you need to get yourself active and engaged. So maybe it's something as simple as bouncing up and down or moving your arms, punching, whatever it is, like dancing. All you just move jumping jacks, right?

I don't care what it is. But just for 90 seconds, do an action and do it fast and do it with intention and do it with energy. For that 90 seconds, go full out. I guarantee you, if you were in a kind of mood before you did this, when you get done going for out not only going to be a little bit winded, but your energy level is going to be up and that's what we want to have happen. We want to create that mind shift our mind was in that downward spiral or energy was going in a downward spiral. We want to pull it back up.

This will do it. And besides that, you get a nice little workout you use multiple times during the day and you I'd be surprised at the shape you find yourself in. Okay, so we use the high intensity interval training concept. 90 seconds, do something, if not at your absolute fullest speed, at least with a lot of energy you can't do little halfway, right? It's got to be you're in it, you're in it, you're in it, right? Your breathing is going to change, your mindset is going to change.

Alright. There you go.
