Very important strategy in creating that long term recurring passive income of over $5,000 a month. Don't skip this step. Now, I've heard a lot of people recently say to me, oh, it's alright for you.

You've got a huge great email list. I have an email list of maybe over 7000 people, only 20% of them open emails. It's not a lot of people. The point about email lists is they're very current things. They're not things that need to have gone on for a long time. You can do a lot with a very small email list because The subscribers you've picked up recently are the most engaged people in your email list.

So if you've only just started, it doesn't matter. The point is you need to get started. If you don't collect email addresses already, this section will explain how you do that. It's really very easy. You just need to start collecting email addresses from your website. And it's that simple.
