Expectations are overrated in our personal and professional relationships, relationships within ourselves, and also in activities and opportunities that we have. Expectations can also let us down and get in the way of our true life.
We create expectations in our thinking minds. We expect things to happen in a certain way, whether it&rsquo;s in an opportunity or in a person. When the outcomes are not what we had expected we become confused, upset, and let down. We must learn not to put expectations on things. Often expectations get in the way of us having fun, creating fun times, and making the most out of the situation we are in. &nbsp;
