This video is not comprehensive, but it does give you the basic information you need to design your lighting. In my experience I have found simpler is better. You have a lot to film every day. You don't want to spend a lot of time setting lights which have to be adjusted every time you change your camera angle. I hope you'll consider the ideas in this video to make your shoot run faster and still get quality results.
