Start with the 2 Treasure Meditation video in this lesson, where you will receive 2 treasures from your unconscious mind.
After receiving the messages listen to the Exploring Your Dreams video in the following lesson, and then explore the meaning of these treasures using the questions in exploring your dreams pdf as a guideline. It is important to associate with (become) each treasure when you answer the questions, answer the questions associated as the treasure, i.e. "I am a bright crystal"
Once you have answered the questions for both treasures, do the integrating meditation in Integrating Your Treasures lesson.


It is best to work with a partner to explore the treasures.
