Empower the client to discover and act upon their own answers
Recognize that the client and spirit are doing the work, not the therapist. Trust them
Reflect love by fully accepting and unconditionally loving the client. Respect that there are no right or wrong answers. All behavior leads to growth
Hold the commitment/belief that past experiences are a gift promoting growth and that the client is fully empowered within themselves to overcome all obstacles, past, present, and future
Allow the client to share what content is important to them. Remember that the only content that the therapist needs to know is context, process, and structure
