The prosocial matrix is right at home in any setting and is especially effective with students. Once your learners have experienced the Matrix for individuals they are ready to apply it to whatever group they are a part of. You merely apply the same point of view you have been using to two or more people.

The prosocial matrix was also developed by Dr. Kevin Polk to address how to work with groups to promote cooperation and prosocial behaviors that lead to individuals coming together to achieve common goals. It is used throughout the world in education, business, organizational development, addiction treatment, and much more. I have worked very closely with Dr. Polk to bring prosocial into education and it is a very powerful intervention that will free you and your learners up to spend more time doing what matters and less time struggling.

The Prosocial Matrix pulls together what science says works for successful groups. The Matrix harnesses the core design principles of effective groups to build a sense of purpose while working together to achieve satisfaction and success. It is amazing to see how class groups can come together with the prosocial matrix process.
