The objective of this module is to familiarize the participant with the concept of unique features and what each unique feature does for the prospect. This information is fundamental to framing the sales conversation. A salesperson in the B2B arena should be able to come up with a minimum of 3 unique features for their product or service, and what each feature will allow that prospect to do differently compared to their current state. At the end of this section complete Activity 1 in your workbook.
