During the day Three Conscious Breaths During the day set your alarm to go off at a specific time to practice three conscious breaths.Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for 1-2 sec and breathe out through your mouth. Repeat two times. This practice helps center you and returns you to the present moment.

Greetings. Three conscious breaths is one of my favorite practices. You take three breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth and it goes like this. and place your hand in the center of your chest. You breathe in. And exhale.

Breathe in. Exhale. Breathe in and exhale. And just sit with it for a moment. This is a simple practice that I use to close out one activity before I start another activity or task. I do this when I'm about to go into a store when I'm about to make a phone call.

It allows me to finish something and start from a clear place, a place of clarity and hopefully closing out whatever I've just completed. So, three conscious breaths is something you can practice anytime you want to in something. start fresh and move into something new. Let me know your thoughts be well
