Greetings. So just breathe is designed to be self paced so you can do whatever you choose however you choose and whenever is convenient for you, I suggest you start with the three practices that are listed in the Start Here section. It's something you can start to slowly move into getting into the practice of doing something in the area of meditation. And once you feel comfortable with that, you can then move on to the five minute practice, and then the 10 minute practices and they're listed in the meditation section. However, if you feel that you want to get started and just start doing the five minute practice, do that. Whatever you feel resonates with you is the way I recommend that you go through the course.

The course has a workbook so I do recommend that you print off the different pages in the workbook so you can read them as you go along. And there are some observation and journal pages that will help you as you start on this journey, I'm excited that you've decided to join us on this joyful journey. Notice in the word journey and enjoy are both the words joy. So feel free to connect with me inside the platform with any questions or comments aha moments, or just I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to feel. Just remember it is an individual experience. Meditation, the practice is just like your fingerprint.

Every time you sit to meditate or breathe or practice, you will have a different experience. So much of what we're doing is getting comfortable with knowing that everything is constantly evolving and changing.
