Greetings, I'm Barbara j face in your mindfulness and meditation ambassador. I want to share something today that I discuss with people. Oftentimes, I just thought it'd be nice to have it on a video. Please know that because you practice meditation or you're mindful, it does not mean that you are never going to get pissed off or mad or angry. What I find it means for me is it just means that I recover quicker, most of the time. And we know as a person who is mindful a meditator are in this world of attempting to be better people.

There will always be something at some point in time for us to have that mirror pop up in front of our face. And we have to look at the mirror. And as my radical forgiveness friend Kim Kennedy, taught me and reminds me oftentimes is if something's not right on my lipstick or on my face, Don't go to the mirror to fix it, I go to my face to fix it. And what that means for me is that means if something is coming up for me, I have to own it, and figure out what is being triggered in me so that I can do something about it if I choose to. Now there are times I choose to kind of let it linger a little bit. I'm learning to let it linger less.

And I do believe that the mindfulness and meditation connection has helped me with that. And I believe that walking around feeling upset is really like walking around with a hot coal in my hand and the longer I hold on that cold, the more My hand is going to blister and the more it's going to be uncomfortable for me. What I do then is I use my tools where there's radical forgiveness, listening to some type of forgives giveness track or tape or just writing things out and just doing my own thinking. Given this process, and just reminding myself that everything is going to change, my emotions will change as well. Everything else I think being at the beach is a beautiful remember of reminder of Tides coming in and tides rolling out. And that's really how I view our emotions.

You know, don't fight the ocean. Just go with the flow. And remember that everything that is happening for me and for you is for the betterment of us as people. So just a little tidbit, a morsel of nugget to ponder a little idea. Let me know your thoughts. You can find information out about me on my website at Barbara face and FAA SOS calm, as well as YouTube and on Facebook at Barbara Jay basin.

Remember, it's always a good time to stop. Breathe and savor life. You are the creator of your life. Create something fantastic today. Oh, perfect timing. The wave just came up.

I'm going to enjoy a little bit more of the beach. Thank you for tuning in. I appreciate you
