Greetings. I'm Barbara Jay facing your mindfulness and meditation ambassador. What is a mindfulness and meditation ambassador, you may be thinking, it is something I came up with for myself because I enjoy welcoming people to the practice of meditation or mindfulness. I am welcoming you because for whatever reason, you discovered me and I'm grateful. So I hope you come inside the course. The course is called just breathe.
And that is simply what it's about. Our lives are so busy these days that sometimes we forget to take a breath. So inside just breathe, I have created simple, practical, self paced ways for you to connect with your breath, to learn to be in the present moment and to just be present. It's that simple. Learning to breathe, to be present is what we'll do in the class. And I certainly hope you will give it a shot and learn the power of your breath.
