This is my current meditation practice. I encourage you to realize that how you practice now will change. I remember when I first started practicing, I had to get up at a certain time I had to practice at a certain time. And over the years I've developed my own way of practicing. Meditation is a practice. So this morning, for example, I did about 10 minutes of silence.

And then I did something that's called a Reiki self treatment. And that's our Ei KPI, which is a Japanese healing art that uses the energy of life in your hands to provide calming relaxation and stress reduction to yourself, or if you practice it on someone else. I started doing that last year. I think it was early October and I really feel like it connects my mind body and spirit because I'm using my breath as I'm touching certain parts of my body and just breathing and focusing on whatever is going on with me at that particular time. So silence and Reiki. And then I think I did another quick meditation.

I also walk my dog. So we're in nature every day, which is just outside and taking in the sun, the wind, just what is happening with all the creatures in nature, which is a very powerful meditation if you do nothing else, that in itself is such a powerful meditation. And sometimes I do yoga a few days of the week, I do yoga stretches everyday, but a practice I will do probably twice or three times a week. And then there are days that I do quiet and I just sit on the back deck and I watch the birds or I just walk in nature, or even go to a park and just sit in nature to have a different view. So those are just some simple things that I have incorporated in my practice. And there are times I will pick up something type of breathing devotion as well throughout the day.

And I will listen to some type of talk on YouTube or maybe an app that I enjoy right now called insight timer. So those are just some of the practices that I've put in place to continue to strengthen and grow my meditation practice. I would love to know what types of things you're doing. If there's something specific, you've heard that you want to share, please make sure you do that in our meditation moment. community, which is a separate section, if you'll just post in there and people can connect with you, as well as I can connect with you and answer any questions. So that's it for this particular section.

My current meditation practice, be well
