It often feels like we are constantly moving from one thing to the next. I've learned that it all starts with me. one breath, one thought, one deed.
In Just breathe you will learn simple practices you can easily use. We will work with our breath and practice breathing consciously and consistently. The meditations are designed to be short so you can include them in your daily activities. Take a peek at the curriculum for more information.
You can start an intentional meditation practice at your own pace and have direct access to me as you are learning. As you begin to connect with these easy practices you may notice the following:
I know when I first started learning to meditate, it was daunting and I didn't have anyone else learning with me. I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't know if I was doing it "right" and what to do with my thoughts. Not to mention all those thoughts that come up when you are starting something new.

I have been meditating for over twenty years and I am still learning new things about myself on this journey. When I started my practice I didn't know other people who were meditating.
