Part 1: Your personal journal process
You are in the final week of this journal program and hopefully at the &lsquo;beginning&rsquo; of developing a set of habits that can help you to be all you can be as a purposeful, energized, and fulfilled individual throughout your life. What are these habits? The first can be referred to as the habit of Mindfulness, that is, recognizing the powers of your mind through the 4 power tools- Thought, Attitudes, Words, and action. Others are the habits of reflection and deliberation that allow you to learn from your behavior, a level of consciousness, allowing you to control your own destiny. The third habit is the journal process itself, a disciplined, structured way to reflect and think about your experiences of the day. The fourth habit is that of focus. Each week you focused on different areas: in week 1 you focused on yourself, in week 2 you focused on your relationships, and in week 3 you focused on your environment.
