Lesson 2: Reframing
As I mentioned in Lesson 1, you already possess and use every one of the four tools, thought, attitude, words, and actions, every day. You can change them from ordinary to extraordinary just by the choices you make when using each tool. Just follow and respond to the energy that is given off from each tool as you use it. Yes, you can just feel the difference and respond, focusing on the energy field being given off in the moment, positive energy or negative energy. Here is the easy formula: If it is not positive, stop. Let go, clear, reframe, re-engage.
We are going to focus on the concept and practice of reframing in this lesson.
