Part 1: Your personal journal process
The true mark of a leader is their ability to positively influence the environment around them whether it be in the workplace, on the playing field, classroom, on an outing, or at home with your family. Leadership development begins with understanding yourself; knowing your strengths and leveraging them; knowing your limitations and how to manage around them and develop them. Relationship building is also an important part of leadership development.
So, you can see that you have been working on developing your leadership capabilities in weeks 1 and 2.
Now through your journaling process let's see how you can grow in creating a positive difference in your environment.
