DESCRIPTION: There are many ways to modify an exercise or movement. You are essentially trying to make it easier. You can do this by lightening the weight, reducing the amount of work, decreasing the number of reps, shortening the duration, or decreasing the range of motion. If you come across an exercise or movement which you know you need to modify but aren&rsquo;t sure how, please reach out to me or bring it up in the coaching call. I have included a few examples below to help you get an idea of what modifying looks like.
