But here let's talk about diet and nutrition about if you have earth or Kapha in your body type. So the kind of foods that you want to eat because there is too much water and earth so would be rich, our light.
So They are more spacey and airy or maybe even fiery kind of foods. So, salads are a very good example. But you don't want too much of dressing on that. But spacey and airy for example, lettuce is a very good example or chili will also help with moving that would be required for the water and earth. So you would want to eat those kind of hot chili or light salads kind of meals, because they bring either war space or air or fire in the body. And you and because you have with Kapha you have water in earth and that also again automatically logically we reach there what kind of foods to avoid, and the kind of foods that you want to avoid are which have too much of water and earth.
So the you want to avoid a heavy You know, heavy kind of food creamy cheesy, they're not the kind of foods that are going to work for you. You want to avoid a lot of eating a lot of root vegetables, think of the pumpkin or the sweet potato, you know, look at the texture. And what you see is an is earthy kind of food and comparing especially when you're comparing it. more light foods like salad so you can immediately compare and see and that's the kind of foods that you want to avoid is which are already have got too much water and earth.
