So here are today's tips for PETA, if you have PETA in your body type or as an imbalance that you are working on, so PIPA is related to the, the fire element in the universe. So if there is PETA in your body type, what kind of foods you want to have, if there's too much fine, obviously, you want to favor the kind of foods that are cooling kind of foods. So look for foods that are cooling, what kind of work that you want to do, you will typically tend to become a leader whether you are designated by a workplace or you will just take on being a leader. So that's what you will do. So that's the kind of work that is so true. And the kind of exercises again, whether you're doing yoga or any other kind of exercise, and we will talk about it in another video, which is part of our course about understanding body type that you need to work on.
