The tips for water or air type. In this module I'm talking about some general tips for air type or water type. You will get to see a lot more when you are doing the full course where there are full lists for foods to favor foods to avoid kind of things so but generally, the kind of foods that will work will be warm, moist and slightly oily kind of foods so they are the foods to favor and foods to avoid dry and cold foods. For example, biscuits or dry toast is the kind of foods that you would want to avoid if you have if you are water type or air type, but the foods that will really work for you are warm, moist and slightly oily foods. For example. forage for example, soups, you would find that your body is loving those kinds of foods.
Then there are career types that you will find that you are blossoming and succeeding and they are the ones where there is plenty of variety for you to move from one to another without getting bored. And there is plenty of different kinds of things to do. Whereas, if they are very structured and very routine every day, same old same old kind of work, you will find that you are not really enjoying you're feeling squashed into those holes in those kinds of work areas. And again in the full course, we will give you some more examples as well. Then exercise to do and avoid. So, some more kind of exercise, detail exercises, exercise plans kind of things will be there in the complete But here just enough for us to say that the kind of exercise that you want to do are that kind of anchor you in your life that anchors you that pegs you and that nerd nurtures and nourishes you.
These are the kind of exercise they are typically soft and gentle kind of exercise. But then there are other exercise which can be very vigorous and very rigorous and they are the kind of things that afterwards you will feel actually not energized but tired so they are not going to be good for you. So, these are some general tips for water type that we have spoken in this section.
