Hello and welcome to this course on learning about your mind body type. And understanding those shows and understanding who you are, and how learning about your doshas will benefit you in your diet, in your lifestyle in your health and well being in your mental health and emotions in your ex, what kind of exercise to do and what would work for them. They'll be diet plans, they will be general guiding of what kind of exercises that you can do and not to what kinds of foods to have, what kind of foods to favor what kind of foods to avoid. So there are plenty of these things that you will be learning to enhance your own experience of your own health and well being we will be and this will really help also in working at the preventative level how to look after myself. So I don't even reach to that stage where I'm sick.

So there will be lots of tips and things to look for, to prevent, to work at your preventative health and look at how in different aspects of life, I can use this knowledge of body type and use that to enhance my experience of health and well being. I'm looking forward to be part of this January, a journey with you.
