Exercise and movement for your body type. So, here we are talking about water or the water dosha which is related to space and air. And if we think about what kind of diet exercise and movement will work for them, typically Vata is related to the principle of movement. So, they already have especially if there is an aggravation going on, they already have excessive movements happening and as a practitioner, you know, we look at an ask questions about even sometimes for example, do they have tics happening or are jerky movements of quick movements or you know, those are the kind of things that we see when the water is there. So, when we are choosing the right kind of exercise and movement for them for Vata it needs to be soothing Gentle, slow, because that's what they need, they need to slow down. So we don't give them any exercise that is too fast pace.

We want to if they're going for a walk we want to go, we want them to go at a gentle walk deliberately not really been running. And if they are doing yoga postures in and there are certain yoga postures, again the list will be there that you can download, there are certain keywords that we are looking for. And one of the things for example, in the yoga postures will be the kind of postures that kind of bring you in words. So those are the kinds of yoga postures that will be good for you. So you don't want to do very fast pace exercise. You want to be doing gentle, slow kind of exercise, so that it helps you slow down.

You may want to do meditation that will be really good for you. If you have have air or water in your body, in your body. And you can do the postures, yoga postures, which would be specifically there to kind of contain you not spread you out kind of things. So that's what you will want to do. So these will be the kind of exercises as I'm giving you some keywords to look at the kind of exercises to do or not to. So and there is a more general kind of list that I you can download as well or have a look at and then choose appropriate ones that suit you personally as well.
