Pips for Earth type or Kapha type. So there are families of foods to have an avoid, that we can give for people who have a lot of water and earth. There is a lot more in detail in the full course where you will have full lists of foods to avoid and foods to flavor but generally, for example, it is enough to say here that the kind of foods that you want to have are light and maybe dry kind of foods, but avoid very heavy and oily kind of foods. For example, salads will go very well for people who have Earth and water in their body type or Kapha in the body type and they would want to avoid very heavy foods, creamy foods like Like our cakes and you know those kind of squishy squishy heavy kind of foods are not going to be working well for you.
Then again careers what kind of careers you will succeed in because you you know you are typically if you have water and earth or caffeine your body type, you have structures you like structures, you find it easy to move within structures, you like routines, so they are the kind of work that will really work for you then, whereas if there is too much moving around, there's too much even action maybe or too much from one jumping from one to another to another. You might be kind of okay but that is not going to be your forte you will feel a bit squashed into that kind of career you would want where there is a Settle team. Or if there isn't, then you would try to create a routine only then you will enjoy those kinds of careers and then exercise in general what is good for you is where there is there is a lot of moving and fast moving.
That is the kind of exercise that will be good for you. Slow gliding walk is not at all good for Kapha type, but they would enjoy a jog or a run. They want to have something where the body really really feels moved and exercised. You can have you can go and enjoy some heavy duty type of exercise that is what is going to work for you. Small, gentle kind of things are not for you. So these are some general tips for Earth type of Kapha.
