So in this section, I'm just going to be talking about or in the coming videos we will be talking about what is good diet and nutrition according to your dosha or your body type. So all the foods are not equal made equal for everybody, there is no standard food. We can use personally personalized way of looking at diet and nutrition. What food would work for me can be different from what food would work for my partner or my child or my workmate, so there is no need to compare. So, in the coming videos, we will be looking at what foods to favor what to reduce, how season and nature will affect what foods we will be eating. And some of these things we actually do look at for example, almost everybody will tend to eat more soups for example, in winter or more salads in summer, so innately we are already adjusting to season in nature.
So in these coming few videos where we are exploring more about your diet and nutrition, and we will look at how that will be relevant for different dishes.
