Exercise and movement for fire or PETA. Now the more we understand fire, then we know that what does fire mean? It brings heat in the body it brings. Yeah, it brings heat in the body. So what kind of exercises I want to do would be if I have got excessive fire in me is the cooling kind of exercises. So, if I am into are typically like swimming is a good one because you're actually going to water and cooling down the body as well.

So that will be a good exercise for somebody who has got excessive fire. If you are into yoga, then you want to do certain kind of postures or maybe I should give you an example of what kind of postures will not work for. There are warrior poses that in yoga, they talk about warrior, when we are doing warrior poses it is to kind of bring that kind of mentality as well. So if you have excessive fire, you really don't want to be doing to kind of too many of warrior poses, you want to do, again, the cooling and the gentle kind of postures that bring a cooling effect on, on the nervous system as well. So those are the kind of exercises that will be good for PETA, and exercises that you want to avoid that bring too much heat in the body. or working in the sun or exercising in the sun and bringing too much heat in the body.

That's what you want to avoid. And there is a more generic list that you can have a look at and work out. Specifically, what will be your kind of choices in your circumstances.
