Neither too big nor too small. And it is as I said, it is linked to our digestion, it is also linked to our intellect, intellect, what is that it is about converting what we are seeing what is the raw information and converting it to some kind of form that is useful to us. And so, that is about physical features. mental emotional fire is about sharpness. So, they may have sharp intellect but they may also have sharp tongue. So, they may have, you know that sharpness around them, their eyes will look sharp.
Their, their issues around health will be typically related to fire. So it could be acidity, burning sensations, skin issues again in the language That we use ordinarily, we talk about angry skin. So if there are, you know, some skin issues are going on, and skin looks red and fiery kind of thing. And we talk about fire is related to anger, irritation, frustration, resentments. So these could be their mental behavioral issues when they're out of balance, I would say when they are in balance, the fiery people have that warmth and glow kind of pain that kind of you know that that is very attractive. They're not cold people.
They are quite warm in their way of being. But if they are out of balance, that same warmth can turn into anger and snappiness and fiery in their town. So you know, these are the things that we need to be careful about. Now, fire We can also see this data is visible in nature. I think of a fiery food. Typically people talk about things like chili.
