So what are the characteristics for people who have air type or water and their relationships? What are your typical behaviors characteristics and when communicating with others, when in balance, I want you to think about that. And what are your typical behaviors, characteristics and when communicating with others, when you are out of balance, I want you to think about that. Typically, for people who have air or water in their body type, they would get into stress and anxiety much quicker than other body types. And fear is one of the greatest emotion experienced when they're out of balance. So, this is something that we have to take care whether whenever we are thinking of whether it is romantic relationships or family relationships or workplace or friendships.
So, what and how will we look after these relationships if we understand that we will go into anxiety and fear, when we are out of balance, then people who have Vata or in the body type, they need to make sure that they are doing things to relax and anchor themselves through diet and lifestyle, because otherwise it is going to come in the way of their relationships, that they may feel stressed and anxious. And it will bring that anxiety and stress into the relationships around them that they will Feel that they have short string and they would want to kind of get out of and they may speak things that do not mean to typically because of the internal fear or internal anxiety. And if you are a parent then that's what you're blasting on to your kids who may or may not even understand what is going on depending on the age or or it will come in the way of the romantic relationship as well.
And at workplace your boss may not understand what is going on. Your friends may be more understanding but still they may find that your relationships are not always very stable. And what you can do is then you make sure that you have foods that are appropriate and you will know about this in another video. I have spoken in detail about what kind of foods were provided, and then what kind of lifestyle things that they can do to keep themselves anchored and what kind of exercise they will do so that they are supported in keeping your relationships and your behavioral patterns in check and in balance. So that is what I will suggest about the relationships of water types.
