Okay, so now we are at the place where what I want you to do is open up your journal. And in that write down some meal ideas from your repertoire that you think will suit your ideal food intake. Make a list of foods that you will be avoiding. Because you understand that they are not good for you. Make a list of foods that you think you will favor because they seem they seem to be right food for you from your understanding. Make a meal plan for the next week ahead and come back and discuss that with us, what you have done, share with us where you are and then if you do feel I do want you to To remind you that if you do feel that you feeling stuck or you want to do more than what you have done that you can set up a one on one consultation time separately with us with me.

You can do the consultation on Skype or if you are in town then you can come in face to face and we can look at your phone and your diet and nutrition. What would work best for you and work out some meals foods to favor and foods to reduce kind of fold things with you
