So what kind of foods and to favor and what kind of foods to avoid, there is a list that you can download in the next section which will give you details of what foods to eat and what to favor and what to avoid. But generally, I would say that the kind of foods if there is too much fire, you want to eat are that are cooling. So cooling foods Some examples are for example, cucumber, and there are Herbes on spices that can be cooling like coriander is a cooling herb so you can include coriander as garnish on your food or have it as coriander tea. So these are some examples of cooling foods and they are required because there's too much fire is accumulating in the body otherwise, and foods to avoid It will be obviously will be the ones that bring too much fire or they are to heat it.

So and that will typically mean all your hot curries. So you know chili is typically the kind of food or too much heat is the kind of food that we want want to avoid. And typically I would say red meat is also look at the color if the color is an indicator of the heat that are there. So if you are a meat eater, I would suggest that avoid red, red meats and go more favor more the white ones, chicken or turkey or you know or will be the kind of foods that you will want to eat more of compared to the red meats and so and there is a detailed list that you can look and download for yourself for future use. That will tell you what to eat what not to eat. If you have fire in the body.
