Exercise for Kapha types. So, the, in this module we are talking about what kind of exercise would work for Kapha or people who have water in earth and why they need to do. So, the key issues typically for Kapha or people who have water and earth in their body type is weight that and sedentary lifestyle probably could be one of the things that could be happening and feeling of that stagnation. So these are the key issues are the words that are associated with water and earth kind of body type. So I would say the key words for appropriate exercise, including yoga postures would be what you need to look for is stimulated Moving, warming, lightening, energizing, releasing need to have medium to high intensity exercise with high number of repetitions fast pace and a variety of exercise. The best time for the exercises typically six to 10am in the morning, or six to 9pm in the evening, avoid late night exercise that because it can cause sleep problems and the yoga postures, what if you are doing that then they need to energize and activate, stimulate metabolism and increase circulation and they need to bring some sweat.

So and if you want to choose any other kind of exercise, then remember the key words or Kapha You You can do high resistance and high intensity exercise which are typically Good for you. Unless there is a specific health issue for which you need to be careful, early morning exercise good to get you started and motivated and it needs to be fast based building stamina and strength kind of exercise, and make sure you stay hydrated but not too much water is typically needed for you.
