DESCRIPTION: In this lesson, we will focus on Crane's Neck. After opening the whole spine laterally with Spinal Bone Marrow and the lower spine with Hip Rotations, we now turn to the upper spine with Crane's Neck.
Crane’s Neck practice activates the free flow of energy between the brain and the spine, strengthening the central nervous system and optimizing the flow of chi throughout the body. This practice also activates the chi flow within the brain and helps the chi and blood to flow more freely. It is effective in healing illnesses associated with the brain, face, eyes, ears, neck, and spine – conditions such as headaches, migraines, encephalitis, meningitis, anemia, vertigo, tinnitus, and nervous system abnormalities.
