DESCRIPTION: Standing Meditation is a powerful way to train your mind’s ability to concentrate and direct energy. It will help you receive and stabilize the chi within you. Through diligent practice of Standing Meditation, you will awaken your energy body, strengthening and harmonizing it with universal energy.
