If you need to adjust your position, practice for a shorter period of time, sit or even lie down during a practice session, listen to your body, and modify your practice according to your needs. Continue visualizing yourself doing the full practice even if you are resting; the chi will still be flowing.
We begin by shifting from analyzing and complaining about what could be to experiencing and exploring what is. In this process, we shift our frame of reference from labels of good and bad to an understanding of energy blockage and energy flow.
