Here Master Mingtong introduces us to the Wisdom Healing Qigong approach to reducing the effects of stress in our physical, emotional, and mental/spiritual lives. In this lecture, we learn the basics of the Three A's practice: Acceptance, Activation, and Appreciation and Master Mingtong also leads us in the Inner Smile practice (starting at 19:39).
