This course is designed to help participants create a toolbox of skills for effective stress management to improve health and well-being.

This course is for anyone that is dealing with work, family, or life stressors and needs management and coping tools to help them take action to create lasting health transformation.
To get the most from this course, participants will work through the course modules at their pace and complete outlined action steps along the way. The only prerequisite is setting aside time to be actively present as you work through each module and a willingness to do the work of self-examination and identification of the actions needed to create change and then put them into practice.
